Exclamation Wrist, palm and hand injury!

    Hello, everyone!
So, I would like to ask if somebody knows something about injuring your palm/wrist/hand.

    > PROBLEM <
One month ago I started to notice that tendons in my palm would "jump" (moving or stabbing sensation in palm that gives me discomfort) when I would workout.
This didnt really bother me since it was rare and didnt affect my workout at all.
This feeling persists and it is only getting worse every day. Today I had a slight feeling of tearing/burning in my palm while doing normal palm movements and I'm worried this could lead to tendons tearing.
The place where I feel discomfort is a bit above "flexor retinaculum" in my wrist. When I would touch that area I would get a numb feeling in my palm.
    >I coudlnt post a picture

    > When would I feel this "stabbing and moving sensation"? <
I would feel it while doing benchpress , dips, wrist flexion, triceps rope extensions and sometimes I would feel it when I would hold a bar with my palm facing up.
I would sometimes feel it when doing normal things or when I would try to push something with my fingers.
I would also feel it while pushing and pulling heavy objects.

    > Where do I think I earned this injury? <
I do forearm workouts at least 2x times a week and I use grippers to for grip strength so I might have over-trained (I dont think this is the only reason for my injury since I had the same workout routine for around 8 months with no wrist problems).
Before I got this injury I started working in a factory where I would pull/push steel carts that weight around 250 kg each (I started working 1 week before I noticed the injury).

    > My questions <
Did somebody have the same problem as me?
Is this bad? Should I worry about it?
How do I treat my injury?
What should I do? Should I contact my doctor?

Any information about similar experience would help a lot!
    Sorry for my English.

best to see a doctor and/or physiotherapist. There's a lot of nerves that run to the hand and an impingement in your wrist, elbow, or shoulder can all show as symptoms in your hand.
