Get covid. I’ve had it for 3 weeks now, made a huge effort to force food in, & still lost a ton of weight.
Between the loss off appetite, inability to smell or taste at all, increased metabolism from being sick, constant spewing diarrhea of improperly digested food, inability to drink alcohol, & difficulty to breathe while eating…it’s a one-way ticket to shred city.

PSMF and **** ton of cardio
Basically, do an hour of low intensity cardio a day, eat a **** ton of protein, a deficit by a ton.
You will feel like dying afterward but you'll be shredded
