    3 years journey. Not sure I’m doing it right..

    In 2021 I was my leanest ever hovering around 175. I’m 5’9”

    I decided to bulk up and went overboard for 8 months and got up to 210.

    Been burning fat for 7-ish months and back down to 185.

    But… if I compare pics from 2021 to today I don’t look much bigger in terms of lean mass. If I continue down to 175 again it looks like I’ll end up back where I was in 2021.
