I would really appreciate some advice

    Hi,
I'm a 14 y/o dude and I just got into working out recently (like 2 months ago). I'm pretty skinny and I'd like to just get a little muscle above my bones, so I don't look like a skeleton. I do have some general knowledge of what exercise to do to build a certain muscle and some sort of a goal to achieve as well. I just don't have any idea of how to structure my workouts for it to be healthy. So if anyone could just help me out a little bit and help me structurize, I'd really appreciate that.

Look at Fierce 5 in the sticky threads of the Workout Programs forums. This routine was purpose made for exactly your case.
