I started GST (Growth Stimulus Training) on February 23rd of this year after spending around 6 months doing my own workout with minimal success. In April I started doing the Matador diet (2 weeks @ 70% maintenance calories, 2 weeks @ maintenance, repeat). I'm almost done with my fourth macrocycle on GST and already had Ryan do a redesign for me with some different exercises. Started at 190 and after next week I'll be at 165. Numbers on all my lifts have also gone up dramatically. I know I still have a long way to go to be impressive but I'm happy with the results so far. I'll probably start a slow bulk once I get down to 155-160.
