What is best multivitamins? Best protein?

I am looking for multivitamins that has alot of vitamins, minerals, ingredients,

    Like
    Animal multivitamins
    Kaged
    Megaman gnc
    And BB signature series vitamins

Is it really needed for all those vitamins minerals?

I know years ago I tried Animal multivitamins, I noticed a difference but its not cheap.

I'm not rich so I can't afford expensive
    things.

Also what's the best or most recommended protein shakes?

    I haven't worked in like 15 years I'm almost 36 now.

Maybe someone could give me advice

If you can't afford supplements just eat a varied diet and just take vitamin D

I will typically go with Controlled Labs, GAT, or Myogenix and use their multi vitamin. Myovite is the most complete out of the three. Orange Triad has a joint supplement formula in the multi which is a plus. GAT Men's Multi + Test is a well rounded cheaper option
