    1 year workout plan or less

    Hi there, im new here and i really need to lose weight in about a year and get ripped. i just dont know which program to start off with any suggestions? i thought maybe starting off with the 3 steps of the "Transformation starts here volume 1,2 and 3. is that a good one to start off with, then once done go to others? also i dont know which meal plan should i start with and do i start taking pills and protein powder too?

    Even under the ideal and unlikely circumstances that everything is executed perfectly, the amount of progress you will make in one year is still going to fall short of what you have in mind, unfortunately.

    Read the stickies. Also, develop a mentality of falling in love with the process rather than chasing the goal. In my experience, that lends itself to better results and tenacity in the long run.

    Hello
    i know it wont be anything less but i do wanna start again and go fully and be commited to it. i have not done anything serious but i want to start now. so i wanted to know which of the workout programs should i start with, something beginner, or intermediate. and also wanted to know if i should start with protein powders as well

    The answer above is a good one - All Pros is a good beginner routine, as is Fierce 5 Novice. Fierce 5 U/L mighr be better once you've trained hard for ~6 months as it's a lot more volume, though think there are better intermediate programs.

    Protein powder is entirely optional and not necessary if you already get enough protein in your diet. Read the sticky threads in the workout programs, nutrition and fat loss forums.

    Using an intermediate program as a novice is a waste of your time. Especially if it’s a 6 day program.
