    My workout program

    I'm a newbie in the gym, i wanted to go gym for 2 years, i'm gonna put my weekly workout program so y'all can say if it's a good program or no, i want a aesthetic body, i will take any good advices that i see, also sorry for my bad english i speak french lol

    Cut to 12 percent, bulk to 15ish. Rinse and repeat.

    Count calories and hit macros
