I was able to cut to 12.5% bodyfat but then tweaked my shoulder.
Now I'm unable to do any upper body exercises while I rehab the shoulder (no chest, no back exercises)
Is it possible to continue a cut by just lifting heavy leg days 2-3 times a week?
Will the body still respond by cutting fat or will it deteriorate my upper body muscle instead cause those aren't being worked enough?
