Dealing with insane post cut hunger

I cut from 20% bodyfat to 11-12ish. After upping my calories by 500-700, my hunger levels got UNLEASHED. Like, way worse than during the cut itself. I'm still eating clean, but It's crazy hard to stay within my macros. Like I could eat 4000+ calories in boiled carrots. How should i proceed? And how long will this period last? I'm not even touching calorie dense foods, literally everything tastes like pizza anyway rn

yeah im there right now, its tough but i think you would benefit by stop tracking calories for a bit and raising your leptin levels cause thats what causing that, its a hormone that creates hunger, and cause of the low bodyfat yours its very low. Perfectly normal for everyone finishing a cut. try adding some cardio if you feel guilty of you not tracking calories. It will get better hung in there!

Drink more water and stick with the baby carrots, you'll be good
