All I can tell you is it makes it a 5 day mild flu instead of 2 weeks to recover.

Older people can have some symptoms come back but very mild. Young people not really.

As long as your o2 doesn't go down, you should be fine. I would recommend getting paxlovid, made me feel better the very next day but I am vaccinated.

Sunday mild sore throat

Monday very sick, fever, trouble sleeping, broken glass in throat, started paxlovid

Tuesday most symptoms went away except broken glass in throat

Wednesday cough was way down throat still bad, lost appetite

Thursday could sleep again, throat better

Friday mildly sick

Saturday last day of paxlovid and I feel 95%. Like one cough every 3 hours. Could workout but need to take care of family.

had the same exact symptoms on Thursday, now I feel a lot better but I'm still a bit drowsy and more annoying than anything else is feeling shards of glass in my throat. wtf. Never had it bad like that and I'm not even coughing much. It just burns like a mofo when I drink any type of fluid.
