Hello, i need advice. I train classic fullbody 3x per week split, around 14 sets for main muscle groups and around 6-8 for small muscle groups per week. The thing is, im starting to be little bit short on time, i train around 1,5 hours every training and its little hard to me to do 3x per week (even if its not for most people). I wanted to ask, if i keep my exercises and my volume same and i will do just fullbody 2x per week (but ofc longer, i guess it will be around 2-2,5 hours then every session) do you think i will make same progress as 3x, or 2x per week is not enough frequency ? I mean another benefit will be that i can do some more cardio if i get some free time through the week, so i wont be just training 2x per week and then do nothing. Just wanted to ask, ty for comments

Only way to know for you personally is to try it & see. No one can tell you whether you'll really be able to give true effort & keep up intensity for 2 1/2 hr workouts, or whether the amount of volume you're doing is suitable for you.
You can make a lot or no progress on any program with any frequency.

Trained a kid to the 1200 pound club with two full body lifts a week.
