Kneeling face pulls vs Lying face pulls

Are there different muscles worked in the kneeling face pulls and lying pulls? Can’t seem to find anything on google about the differences, are there any?

Also, when doing kneeling face pulls, is it necessary to switch the kneeling knee halfway through the set? I do it just in case, but I’m not sure if it’s just a wasted movement

    Thanks

Not much of a difference in muscles worked except kneeling won’t make you look like a freaking weirdo like lying on the ground would.

And no. You don’t need to switch legs. lol.

The legs are just there for stability. If you find your legs being challenged than you are using too much weight.

lying FP limit your ROM, elbows contact the floor a bit early for my liking. Also, the angle is different, unless you are on the floor with your head towards the cable.
