Hi i am 29 years old , 171 for 70.5kg i training myself 6 days at week everyday Just a muscle at dayand Two days a week legs. I want to follow a dieta to increase weight. What do you think about that? Sorry for errors im not native english speaker

supplements: multivitamin, omega 3, bcaa (3 before training, 3 after) whey protein after training 30 g
carbohydrates 376 g 50% fat 101 g 30% protein 151 g 20%
