Hello everyone
For training myself into pull ups I do this in my workout:
4 sets to failure of normal pull ups (last time reps: 8 7 4 4)
4 sets to failure of supinated pull ups (last time reps: 6 5 4 4)
Then I move to lat machine and do 3 sets of each exercise (between 8 to 12 reps).
Is it too much?
