Hey everyone Im new to bbcom but I just decided that I need to start exercising I’m 34 5’10” and 176 pounds my current measurements are as listed
Arm 12”
Calf 13”
Neck 16”
Waist 36 1/2”
Chest 40 1/2”
Thigh 22 1/2”
I have a good bit of fat in the belly area being I was drinking a lot of alcohol, so my question is can I take all this and if so what brands have y’all tried and liked?
