Hi all,
I used to regularly do full body workout 2 times a week, and made great progress. Around 4 months ago, I upped this to 3-4 times a week, and am now feeling aches and soreness from potentially overtraining.
But more annoyingly, over the last month or two, I've actually noticed a fair bit of muscle loss. (At first I thought it was my imagination, but now realise it isn't). Although my performance in the gym is similar
Has anyone ever come / experienced muscle loss from over training? I never realised this was a thing ..!

Try to focus on your nutrition and recovery (sleep).

No, there are other reasons why you might look a little less full - less carbs in the diet for example. Not losing strength it a key indicator. Also, very few people truly overtrain - that is usually only the province of crazy pro athletes. Keep an eye on nutrition.

Can "overtraining" happen? Yes. But more often than not it's people under recovering from lack of sleep / nutrition.
