advise on budget pls OP
I would stick with Honda/Yamaha/Kawasaki for your first. Reliable, maintenance will be cheap. Consider that European bikes will be more expensive maintenance and parts, and if you go Ducati/Aprilia/MV Agusta and even BMW in some places, certified dealers/techs will be harder to come by if you need real work done on them. American, you are pretty much gonna have to go with Harley or Indian.
Also advise on what style of bike you want. Sport, tourer, cruiser, cafe, dual sport, etc. My first bike was a Yamaha XSR700 which is the MT-07 but with cafe styling, rather than the transformer style most naked bikes defer to. Was a blast to ride, plenty of power especially lower in the RPM range. Great for city riding/twisties, decent at commuting. I've since upgraded to a sport bike because I enjoy the more aggressive riding style.
I wouldn't get a Grom as recommended above unless your only plan for it is to put around town, or learn how to stunt. You will be redlining the top gear to keep up in freeway traffic."So there I am sitting in the waiting area of the hair salon with my niece and Keanu Reeves walks in. I was nervous as ****, but too scared to say anything to him. Then my niece started crying, and I’m trying to quiet her down because I don't want to bother him. Pretty soon he walks over and asks what's wrong. I replied that she was probably hungry. He put down his magazine, picked up my niece, and lifted up his shirt, and breastfed her right there in the salon. Chill guy, really nice about it."
