Hey guys, what are your thoughts on this Push/Pull 2 day split routine (I will run it 3 times a week M-W-F)? Is the volume sufficient for muscle growth?
Push :
1. Squat 3 x 6-10 (Quads)
2. Bench press 3 x 6-10 (Chest)
3. Leg press 3 x 8-12 (Quads)
4. Incline dumbbell press 3 x 8-12 (Chest)
5. Lateral raise 3 x 10-15 (Shoulders)
6. Skullcrusher 3 x 8-12 (Triceps)
7. Standing calf raise 3 x 10-15 (Calves)
Pull :
1. Pull up 3 x 6-10 (Back)
2. Romanian deadlift 3 x 6-10 (Hamstrings)
3. One arm dumbbell row 3 x 8-12 (Back)
4. Leg curl 3 x 8-12 (Hamstrings)
5. Reverse pec dec 3 x 10-15 (Shoulders)
6. Barbell curl 3 x 8-12 (Biceps)
7. Ab rollout 3 x 10-15 (Abs)
