Nothing exciting here besides working on a promotion at work. It's been hundreds of training hours and passing 3 exams but I just finished last week and it feels great!

Is this 150 or 200 mg of caffeine?

Wont enter myself, won C4 not too long ago, but great give away, C4 is great stuff; one of the few pre-w/o's that have stood up over time.

Getting 20 more solar panels put on today, which puts me up to 37 total; fcking PG&E True Up is usually $3k per year even with solar because they're a damn racket and a monopoly out here... hoping this gets rid of that.

I can't say my summer has been to exciting. My kids just finished up their swim season. Pretty much every Saturday we had a meet and practice 5 days a week. This last weekend we had championships and were at the pool for about 12 hours both days. Now we start soccer practice this week. So we finished one thing and start another. Between me breaking my thumb and never ending sports I cannot think of the last time I actually did anything for myself like actually working out or riding my bike (broken thumb took my off that as it happened when I crashed on it).

But I am pretty lucky that my wife bought me tickets to see Darius Rucker last week and planned for my parents to watch the kids for the week and even asked my boss (who is one of my closest friends) if I could take a week off of work for it. So that was pretty nice. Spent a week down in Morrow Bay Ca and explored San Luis Obisbo, Pasa Robles, and Pismo Beach.

Now that swim is over I am getting back at it. Start prepping my food again and trying to hit the gym hard. Hopefully I can get back on my bike soon too.

My highlights have been the water park/ beaches with the little guy this summer.

Still to come is our yearly trip up north for a few days where we spend time with the extended family.

I like the 200ish range for an energy drink to get me through the day, for pre-w/o I love me some high stimms, 400mg or so is my sweet spot.

I just got back from a trip to Maine with my family. 14 hour drive from Ohio. On the way out of town I picked up a couple cans of c4. It was my first experience with the cans. I was very impressed with flaor and energy. It kept me focused and awake.

I rarely do anything other than preworkout powder, so this will be a nice change of pace. Everyone seems high on the taste of these.

How is it? These cans are huge right? Much more liquid than I'd typically use to mix a scoop of C4 with... Then again, maybe not.

16oz so a bit more. I will mix C4 powder with 8-10oz. But this is truly enjoyable to drink as the flavor is so on point. This is an extremely refreshing lemon taste so I enjoyed drinking it for a longer period of time than a traditional preworkout powder.
