Hi I'm 14 year old 6'0" tall and weigh around 57 kgs. I've started to be more conscious about my fitness and body… can somebody help me with a routine to build muscles and reduce fat around my waist etc etc. I've been doing some exercises but today I'm like starting my journey to become more athletic and fit. My workout is Full body with push ups squats planks and basically any exercise I can do little. I eat 2400 calories/day tho idk about protein intake and carb fat intake. I cant go to gym and want to get naturally fit by doing Calisthenics at home or outside. so thats it + im new here idk what made me post this.
