    Growing chest or manboobs?

Little story. I’m 6’1 160lb soaking wet. Had gynecomastia so had surgery for it. Healed for about a year and bought myself a bench set. Went from just the bar when I started to a plate and a 10 for 6 reps now like 2 months later. When I look down it looks like my nipples are puffing out again like prior to surgery. Can you experts take a look at the pics and tell me what you think? Considering talking to the surgeon again to see if any has grown back. I’m 100% natural, haven’t even bought protein powder hahaha, very new.

What caused your gynecomastia? As far as right now I would say you don't have anything to worry about. Stay natural, get yourself on a well-designed program (very important) and stick with it. The progress will come but it takes time
Progress from February to August 2022

    1RM's @170 lbs.:
    Bench - 160 to 220
    Squat - 195 to 285
    Lat Pulldown - 195 to 275
    Overhead Press - 115 to 155
    Rack Pull - 320 to 500
