16 year old male here.
So I was diagnosed last year with gyno and felt a hard lump under my nipples, they also had significantly grew in size. After 1,5 year I dont feel this lump anymore. My breasts are still enlarged but it is mostly my nipples that are bigger. My bmi is just 18 so i don't think it's chest fat?
Im not obese and have a low body fat, 54kg and around 174cm
Bodyfat is around 8 - 11 %
174 centimeters =
5.70866142 feet (5 feet 8½ inches)
I'm quite worried, the lumps under the nipples are gone but they are still larger than they should be. Is this chest fat? or still gyno

Could be both, sometimes pubertal gyno takes a bit of time to go away; only a doctor could provide a real diagnosis though. I'd not worry about it being gyno until fully through puberty though, which can be into the early 20's. I have slight pubertal gyno that never went away and no one but me ever notices, we are our own worst judges.
Short cuts to success are often paved with lies.
1/13/16: Massive hernia.
5/10/16: Finally back to lifting, light but improving.
