I'm 14M 6'2 196 lbs. I can only bench press 20 lbs 3-4 times and curl 10 pound dumbbells 5-6 times. I feel so weak even though I'm so big... How can I change that. How can I become stronger, that is what I want to do. I have no equipment in my house, but I will do what I can to get stronger.

A beginner program - Fierce 5, Stronglifts, Starting Strength, etc.
But you can even start with something simple like pushups. Start off one day doing as many as you can, then just build from there.All it takes is consistency, effort, proper nutrition, good programming, and TIME.
Don't be upset with the results you didn't get from the work you did not do.
