Goal is 300 lbs by end of Sept
Well I didn't quite make it, but I lost 51.9 lbs in 3 months. So I'm not going to beat myself up over 3.1 lbs. Really happy with the progress I've made so far, and looking forward to the next goal. Thanks Beavertown for setting up this thread.

It was a rough quarter having to bury my parents. (Still hurts.) That messed me up for both family and work.

Don’t buy junk food snacks!
