Ok, joining. I had a weight maintenance log but forgot to update it a couple of weeks and now it's been quite a while. I have a personal reason to lose plenty of weight in almost this exact stretch of time, so I'm in.
I keep bouncing between the 230s and the 250s and even though I hold it pretty well, the wide range I should be in is 210s to 230s, I think.Bench: 340

Nice steady goal set of under 90kg which should be easy enough even with my week on holiday early August.
Then by Christmas I'm hoping to be under 84kg
Again the number doesn't really matter it will be how I look and feel that does

Thanks for creating the new thread Beavertown!
I think your suggestion to record the weekly AVERAGE weight is a great one! July 15 was my only weigh-in that week due to travel, but I will try to record the average going forward.
Current goal is 215 lbs, not necessary by September 30.

I completely fasted yesterday except for a few hundred liquid calories, and believe I am holding some water, as my waist measurement increased slightly when I got home relative to when I woke up and I looked bloatier. Just ate breakfast and I feel great now.
I'm going to try a new calorie management method and go for a 5/2 spread. Last time, I did well and maintained consistency while dieting on ~2700 evenly, with about one meal a week in excess, and one day where I had very little except lean protein to compensate. I find that fasting isn't so bad and would like to widen the gap on that ratio to have fairly libertine weekends with stricter weekdays. What I'm going to keep an eye on is training performance, since I'll be eating much fewer carbs during the weekdays. If that tanks much over the course of a few weeks, I'll probably just ditch this approach.Bench: 340

This was not a good week, but I will be transparent and real about it. The previous two numbers were coming off of fasts, however, so the majority of this swing will be food in transit. Going forward, I'll start recording averages instead.Bench: 340

Hey! Welcome to everyone new who joined. I have been absent but still keeping track. The work grind took a turn and I have more responsibility but no extra time to do it, feeling pretty burnt out. Happy with the direction things are going. Need to up my steps more, still way too low. Covid in my asthmatic lungs and spring/summer allergies really wrecked havoc on my ability to breathe well, and my stamina however I noticed and improvement this week!

Back from Holiday we managed to extend it by a week which was awesome and absolutely needed.
Weights up 2.4kg but in fairness will mainly be water weight. There was a gym and I did plenty of walking in the mountains.
This is usually the part where people see they have added weight and just give up.
I haven't added 2.4kg of fat..
I don't look fat..
I still look like I did at 94.4kg
