Still got my calories quite high but can't grumble at that.
95.8kg this morning and my belt hole size is still the same as it was when I was 87kg last December. So happy with that result little things like that mean so much more than a number on the scale.
Looking at hopefully cutting further than I ever have before.
Currently about 17-18% bodyfat from my bulk this year.
Hoping to get that down by christmas
Then after Christmas push on to June and really lean out

Due to a variety of family and personal things going on, I haven’t been losing weight the way I was in January-March. I do need to get back to recording meals, cutting out some addictive snacks, and hitting my step targets again.
Today when I saw my weekly average go up, I started to get bummed out by my lack of progress … until I thought about the past two years. During 2020 and 2021 my weight was always drifting UPWARDS, by at least twenty pounds over those two years. Clearly I’ve changed my habits enough so that normal life has me MAINTAINING rather than GAINING. I’ll take that as a big win for the moment!Last edited by HomeGymChains; 08-26-2022 at 09:03 AM.

Absolutely bloated after a wedding last weekend.
I'm absolutely making a hash of this cut. Not even really started yet.
Probably the first time in the last two years I've backheeled it for life plans such as holidays, weddings, weekends away.
Luckily I'm still hiking so my cardio is good and I'm still training in the gym.
To be fair my eating is pretty clean aswell apart from the beers at the weekends.
Im definitely in a dangerous place though as I actually bulked up purposely for a long time of this year. So I feel if I don't make the switch to a cut soon it will take longer to shift the excess fat
