Currently bulking, eating around 4,000 calories a day. I am volunteering at a camp next month and I will only be able to have three meals a day and will be limited on how much I can eat. I want to keep my bulk going so I need to bring my own food/snacks that I can eat throughout the day. Do you know of any nutritious, high calorie products I can buy?

You can buy the bigger varieties of protein bars like Fit Crunch (Pb n J is 10/10) or Met-Rx. They’re all at least 30 grams of protein, higher in calories, & taste amazing.
There’s also the smaller bars like Pure Protein or Quest for a quick 20 g of protein. Another option is Perfect Bars that have around 14 grams of protein, but are very easy to eat/digest and higher in calories.
If you have access to a fridge, you can try to bring stuff like Greek yogurt. Throw in a scoop of casein or whey & you’ve got almost 50 g of protein right there.
At your calorie intake, you probably don’t even need to worry about protein, OP. You could probably eat over your needed intake with one protein yogurt or shake & some pb sandwiches

Trail mix, granola, jerky, canned chicken/fish.
Short cuts to success are often paved with lies.
1/13/16: Massive hernia.
5/10/16: Finally back to lifting, light but improving.

Proetein Powder
Peanut Butter Powder
Orange Triad + Greens
Olive Oil
^ mix this up in a 2 liter jug bottle, enough to last you all day worth of nutrition / calories
Example.
6 scoops whey iso powder
15 TBSP PBfit Peanut Butter Power
6 TBSP Olive Oil
2 scoops Orange Triad + Greens
~ 2,000 calories
~ 211 g protein
~ 99 g fat
That has you covered on all of the basics for the day.
You'll be missing some minerals which you can get if you eat a literal bunch of bananas a day.
As for the remainder, you'd just be missing calories. Gatorade powder in your 2 liter jug would work. Or a bag of sour patch candy. Whatever, doesn't really matrer.Last edited by Camarija; 07-04-2022 at 06:37 PM.
