Hello I hope you are all well!
I started at 240+ lbs though even at that weight I had labored breathing, joint pain, inflammation, and lots of injuries (mostly lower back).
I started lifting consistently about 4-5 years ago...A really dirty bulk, didn't really have much focus or macros dialed. Just kept eating whatever and pushing weights lol....made a lot of mistakes.
I am now more dedicated and starting my first cutting phase. Learning a lot and becoming more dedicated and focused to be that best shape of my life at 40s.
My health has been a mess up until, really hit rock bottom at one time....
I am now on week 2 of a 12 week program set up by a friend. I have dropped 7.1 lbs and currently 224.9. The photo shows when I was at 240+ and right before I started cutting.
