Hello guys,
My blood work shows I am chronically Vitamin B12 deficient.
I have dependance on alcohol. And I must have two drinks of whiskey every night before dinner.
My understanding is alcohol leeches essential vitamins, and it is most probably caused B12 deficiency.
I started taking a multivitamin in morning. But I feel its ineffective the next morning. I wake up very lethargic and bad.
Because alcohol leeches these vitamins every night, so the multivitamin does not work for 24 hours.
Can I move my multivitamin to night after my last drink? In hopes that it can stay in and work 24 hours?
Same question for my remaining supplements like T-booster and hair growth supplement.

Thanks for answers. My responses in order of questions -
Ok i'll try them at night.
I'm not seeking help because I dont quite intend to stop having a drink at night before dinner. It gives me a lot of joy and meaning and I enjoy it like a celebration.
I also feel one drink of whiskey a night is not too bad. It just has to be balanced with supplements so I am in this quest.
Yes i only drink whiskey its a matter of taste.
Thank you.

Understood. How then do you suggest I solve this problem ?
All doses of vitamins are supposed to last 24 hours.
But when i take them in the morning they are worn out by the 10th hour when I drink.
If i take them at bed time an hour after drinking, absorption at night time is an issue.
How about i take them in the morning, and then take the same set at night as well.
Btw, i also see vitamins for alcohol on amazon - they recommend take after drinking before bed.
