Why can't I see results where I want them

Hi,I'm 23 years old 179cm 75kg , I started working out 2 and half months ago and I've gained 11kg I was 64kg to start with , I've stayed on a clean bulk consuming 3500 Cal's a day 300g carbs and 140g protein however I do feel abit bulkier but I just can't see the results I want for my arms I don't understand why when I've gained 11kg where is it all going?

Gaining that much in that period is not standard and 3,500 is not standard I have no Idea where you got that. Post a pic for better understanding.

You were told back in 2020 that 16 lbs in 3 months was too much. What are you not understanding?

I'm reading all over internet that I should be on a 500+ calorie surplus and I'm definitely burning 3000 calories a day as I work in a warehouse heavy lifting on my feet 9 hours a day, tbh I don't know how you've found my old post I've been trying to look for it but I can't find it anywhere I've forgot what anyone told me 2 years ago to be honest

If you were burning 3000 cal/day, your weight gain would have been half what it actually was.

22 lbs in 10 weeks is a lot more than a 500 cal surplus, more like 1,000.

Then you’re taking in 4000 cals a day on average. Your weight gain doesn’t lie. You can calculate all you want

As an aside, if a bodypart is t growing you need to train it harder and possibly in a different manner
If you don't get what you want you didn't want it bad enough

Something is wrong for sure maybe the Fitbit is miscalculating how much I'm burning because my calculations aren't wrong I know how much I'm eating a day doesn't take a genius to know that if your taking it serious , how am I supposed to find out how much I burn in a day without using a Fitbit? And I work push/pull/leg twice a week but on back day I always work back before bicep so maybe switching that around might help me

You’re not understanding. Your weight gain TELLS YOU what your surplus is. That is how you figure what your calorie amount should be.

you want to keep track of the measurement of your waist right at the Naval. When this dimension grows 1 inch it means that you’ve gained about between five and 7 pounds of fat so you want to be sure to keep an eye on this number. You shouldn’t be getting that much on your waist if you get your surplus right. When That number grows about 1 inch or an inch and a half or so you need to stop your surplus and cut back down a little bit

Your pics are decent I don’t think your arms are lagging.

You may want to up the protein to the weight you want to be at cut the cals down to 3000 and then train harder.
