So I have been taking creatine for about a year, specifically micronized creatine monohydrate, and my mom thinks it is bad for me even though I have looked into it a lot before deciding to get it. And even a doctor told her it should be fine, but she still thinks it can mess up the kidneys. Then she says that taking creatine or any other supplement in pre workout makes me "unnatural"

She doesn't want you doing steroids. Explain to her, CM is not a steroid and has been proven to be safe and 100% effective. If your nutrition is not functional, creatine consumption isn't going to make you anabolic, FYI. Also it is not recommended you use anything but CM, other creatine transport methods are still unproven today when CM has been demonstrated to be 100% effective and is relatively cheap.

Tell your mom,
Creatine can also be located in the diet from milk, steak and some fish.
Beef, pork, tuna, salmon, and cod all contain between 1.4 to 2.3 grams of creatine per pound.
Herring contains the most creatine at 3 to 4.5 grams per pound.
