    Innovation For Mid-Section / Core Training.

    I've added some new additions to training with a weight plate, this nails the mid-section and core. I've only been doing this a handful of times it has already added some hardness and shed fat in the mid-section.

    Here I'm doing 3-4 different exercises in a superset style without putting the plate on the floor. I will keep adding more combinations to this.

    I also show how to add weight for this.
