Where is the best place to post form checks? I posted in Reddit stronglift5x5 and formcheck subreddits. Also posted on my fitness pal. I have a trainer, but would like additional comments. Thanks!

I don’t think so but it was a long time ago. I’m pretty sure I just figured it out by trying to lift weight without hurting myself.
I honestly don’t know the best place to post form checks, to answer your original Q. However, if you just post one here on the Exercise forum rather than asking where the best place to post one is, you might get some responses. I’d keep any accompanying backstory short, in case that’s why you didn’t get responses on other sites.

Proprioception, most people don't have this and never develop it beyond very basic movements.
Proprioception, otherwise known as kinesthesia, is your body's ability to sense movement, action, and location. It's present in every muscle movement you have. Without proprioception, you wouldn't be able to move without thinking about your next step.☆☆☆USA яєω☆☆☆
