    12-2am cravings

    Hi everyone!
    How are you all?
Just a quick one from so currently in to week 8 of my body building adventure and slowly getting stronger!
However a few years ago I went through anorexia recovery and I appreciate no one here is going to give me medical advice however I keep eating like 200 calories at 12am every night I eat in my sleep.

I noticed I did this during my recovery and now my brain just does this how do I stop it it’a really frustrating any ideas?

Try to sleep and wake up early. People are usually idle during night which results to overeating.
