    Training after metatarsal fracture

    I have a small fracture on my metatarsals. I was wondering if any of you have experience with this type of injury in terms of resuming barbell training and can give some advice. I know that I can do many upper body exercises that don't require foot contact with the ground but I'm not sure about many of the lower body ones.
