Question Help with dumbbell shoulder press setup

So I can do the 50's per hand for 12-13reps full rom but I can't get the 60's up, and there's a dude I saw can only do the 50's for 10 but can do the 70's for 5 wtf is wrong is there something wrong with the rotator cuff or simply lack of mass (5'11 140lbs)?

Anything past 80s I always make sure one of my training partners will be there so they can hand one off to me. That is for high incline or overhead work. Incline bench I kinda kick them back into position.
