So yeah, never bulked before. Just ate whatever and just did random stuff at the gym. Going to be strict about gains and see how it goes. 1 month because I swear I'll get beginner gains?
Never done a bodybuilding routine with high rep principles. Only trained low rep pull ups/dips properly. (Got +85kg chinup 2rm and +65kg dip 1rm, imbalanced too :/)
Still have widespread chronic pains/tightness, maybe I'm just weak all round?
Focusing mainly on arms/upper chest.
For the most part I've been training problematic muscles independently and just realised that maybe I should train them as they should be trained, in unison with perfect mechanics.
