    CLA - cycle

    Hello everyone I got https://eu.shop.bodybuilding.com/pro...uid=EVL2660016 and i’m taking 3 pills a day but for how long and should I cycle it like creatine mono??

    I take creatine 5g daily for 2-3 months and take a break for 4-5 weeks. I read CLA helps a bit with weight loss!

    No need to cycle creatine. Have a look at the creatine sticky thread.

    Don't always believe what salesmen tell you. Look for real evidence / independent verification, for example:

    Look at the human effect matrix, there is some sketchy evidence for lean mass retention during a cut but no real evidence for actually causing fat loss.
