Hello All,
I have started to drink a protein shake directly after my workout, according to to box 1 scoup is 116 calories and 24 protein
should I count this in my daily breakout meals plan? This is the only supplement I take, everything else comes from solid food.

I'm not going to tell you what to do. But I'll tell you what I do. I add milk, Greek yogurt and 2 raw eggs to my protein powder. It's called the Vince Gironda hormone precursor shake. But I'm just a feeble little 54 year old guy.
