Looks like Biden just made an executive order on abortions.

Also in the same speech he included some tin foil hat comments that we here get laughed at, it’s about data privacy and apps he says the right is stealing information or chit, he’s worried about it, too funny.

For gods sake vote,vote,vote- Brandon (didn’t he win, so people are voting dumb fuk), Kamala had a smirk on her face as Branden was having his speech slipping moments on the abortion order, this is pure comedy.
This post is so full of win. First you accuse someone else of 'tin foil' hat wearing then its Brandon or Branden? Make up your mind, dummy. It doesn't matter really both of them beat Trump

I do 50 rep squats to rock bottom several days out of the week, plus higher rep deads. I can certainly eat ground beef for protein. I had a burger the other night plus homemade meat balls with egg noodles.

You wish you could eat that but I figured out why you are so cranky when it comes to food, you are involved in that silly fight games which means you always have to cut weight, yup AM wrestling is the same crap, you gain weight and then you loose to the big boys. I’m in excellent fuking conditioning and continue to get better. Let’s see some 100 rep squats buddy, with weight added!

Only reasons abortion should be offered.

Don’t give a **** about “womans body autonomy” as if your not raped, you consented to sex which the end product by design is a pregnancy.
I worry about underage as there are so many teen pregnancies in my area. They are potato 🥔 about birth control.

What about the IUD? Some call it an abortifacient.

What about Plan B? Some call it an abortifacient as well.

Go look on my Insta? I've always been a volume junky.

Ha, I don't need to cut weight as I just roll in at my current weight. The weight classes are 10lbs so I'm good sitting between 208-212 as I have been for a while now. But to be fair my diet has been shti lately. I love me some icecream and I've been loving it too much as of late.

Keep those workouts going and seriously grats on the weight loss so far.

I don’t go on Instagram, are you doing 100 squats in one set? I’m doing sets of 50-60 and working up this summer to say 75-80 in one set. These usually last like a full round or maybe a tad longer.

I still weigh about 5# more than you at your heaviest and I’m 5’9” lol I eat a couple spoons of ice cream about once week, that’s it for deserts. But I use whole milk in my shakes and eat Crazy Richards Natural Chunk.

I put their claims in the same category as your claims that there is proof of the existence of God and that he created the universe. The dimension thing is string theory. It's math not actual concrete reality and this talking to another being in the 11th dimension is ****ing nonsense.

No way I could handle that volume and do what I'm doing. Would crush my hips. I did stretches of high volume like you though. I would do 100 reps of 225 squat and 355 deadlifts. Usually I'd use a timer so say under 10 minutes for each. I still do high volume superset type stuff just not squats and deads. Now a days I do heavy farmer carries and superste those with weighted dips and then kettle bell swings. Same goal on those using a timer to keep the heart rate up. Good luck on the summer squat goal. It's impressive for sure, IMO.

I was down to 202 for a bit but I've been dealing with a medical condition with my stomach for over a year that has made life hell. Long story short its been hard on my body and I'm probably over trained ATM as well. Medical procedure mid Aug hopefully leads to a solution so I can get back to "normal". Maybe then I'll squat again
