Yohimbine is best when you already have low body fat but don't take rauwolscine on top of Y Hcl, you'll feel awful. Green tea extract isn't going to do anything for body composition. Save the money on glucomannan and just eat fibrous foods. BCAAs aren't necessary and their benefits are debatable. Carnitine in the form of L carnitine tartrate can help with recovery but again not necessary. Ashwagandha has it's pros and cons depending how you use it.

Ashwagandha is great for stress relief, mood and has studies supporting it's positive effect on testosterone but it can also just make you feel less energetic, it's very user dependent. If you've not used Y it can make you feel almost flu-sh with an elevated heart rate and adding rauwolscine will just make that worse.
