Finally getting into powerlifting after years of hitting the gym casually, and I was wondering if anyone had a dumbed down explanation of how to train based off of 1rm to get bigger and stronger. If anyone has a link to an article or something anything helps, every time i try to research it online i get nothing but spam and ads to pay for programs and im just looking for some help!
