I have googled this quite a bit and couldn't really find an answer.
Am I able to have a slow-twitch fiber day (long-distance running for example) followed by a fast-twitch fiber day the next day (heavy squats and lower body bodybuilding exercises)?
Will the second day have reduced performance?
Am I able to efficiently build muscle this way?
Does this style of training build muscle adapted for sports?
Thank you.

You don't need to worry about predominant fiber types when planning training.
