I get lightheaded and nauseas most legs days. I feel like crap. I don't do anything different prep wise for other days. Should I eat something specific are there any supps for a day like leg day?

I ate two cheeseburgers and had four cups of black coffee…
Three hours later I had a cup of egg whites, four whole eggs, 3/4 cup oats…then smashed PRS on legs …did 12 sets quads, 5 hams.
Now I’m looking for more food, will train again around three. (Arms)
