    Is there anyway I can prep for leg day?

    I get lightheaded and nauseas most legs days. I feel like crap. I don't do anything different prep wise for other days. Should I eat something specific are there any supps for a day like leg day?

    Assuming you're eating normally, that's probably a byproduct of your programming. You also might be someone who does better without dedicated leg days, and instead have a split where you do leg exercises throughout the week with other body parts.

    I ate two cheeseburgers and had four cups of black coffee…
    Three hours later I had a cup of egg whites, four whole eggs, 3/4 cup oats…then smashed PRS on legs …did 12 sets quads, 5 hams.

    Now I’m looking for more food, will train again around three. (Arms)


    Hydration is very important, being in a calorie surplus state to train hard and long is important…
