Arrow Does anyone own the incline lever row from Edge Fitness Systems?

    https://edgefitnesssystems.com/produ...line-lever-row

Looks pretty dope honestly and at 800$, that seems like a rly good price for a chest supported row compared to stuff like Arsenal Strength, etc…. I mean don’t get me wrong, but Arsenal has something similar that they quoted me on that’s like 2200$ roughly AND it’s gonna have to be shipped freight.

That one from Edge Fitness ships via FedEx Ground

But I can’t find any videos of it being used or anything and there’s only that one pic of it on their site

Now look, I know I can replicate chest supported rows and do workarounds and chit for way cheaper, I get it…. But I have the space and if I could have a rly good dedicated piece that’s not an arm and a leg, I’d rly like one

And it doesn’t necessarily have to be this one, but I haven’t found anything better

And you can’t find chit around me in the used market area either…. At least I haven’t. I mean, I live in Arkansas lol

But anyway…. Like I said, a dedicated chest supported row is something I’d rly like to have

damn this sub dead af :/

but anyway…. think I may skip possibly on a chest supported piece.

I tried to set it up in my squat stand with the Rogue incline bench I’ve got and I set my phone up to record it and I think I can actually make it work just fine to where I’ll be good….

I mean, it felt fine…. Looked fine to me too watching it back on my recording

I thought about possibly a Swiss bar to where I could do it but like have that neutral grip, ya know?

But idk if the size of a Swiss bar would work just cuz idk if part of the bench would interfere or get in the way on the ROM vs just a straight bar….

But for what it’s worth, I do have the adjustable bench 3.0.

Does anyone do chest supported rows with that bench? Anyone use anything other than a straight bar?

Any specialty bars that work just fine with it doing rows on it that don’t hit part of the bench or interfere with the ROM?

Cuz I know adjustable benches vary in design obviously, so u may have some issues doing certain things on certain ones

Wouldn't pay for a dedicated row, not when you can spent a little more and do the same thing on a belt squat. Here is my setup, works great.

Second option (cheap), prone rows with the Titan Seal Row Bar and a DIY pad.

I use a Sorinex bulldog pad to do chest supported rows on my Rogue monster rack. It has lots of other uses too.

I am kind of looking for a chest supported row. The edge looks well built, but it only has horizontal grips .Even the Titan one has 2 sets of grips.

I wonder if Rick would accomodate multi-grip handles for an additional cost if you messaged him about it. I never ordered anything from him yet, but he was always very helpful when I e-mailed him various questions about some of the items on his site.

Might even be worth asking additionally to the multi-grip handles if he can add a portion where a carabiner can hook on for various handles to attach to the arms.

I was thinking the same thing. Rick is a great guy and one of the best communicators when it comes to answering questions, taking orders, discussing equipment.

If he can, he'll happily say so. If he can't or won't he'll be honest and respond as opposed to just ghosting people.

Might be a bit of a 'duh' moment, but the tubes Rick uses have holes on every side. So you can rotate the handles for various grip options.

The grips are still all in the same plane. Nothing is in the vertical axis. Maybe it is called parallel grip?

I'm not entirely sure what you are saying, they provide just about any grip possible as you can see from the picture. Pronated, supinated, straight (regular) and neutral (parralel?).

Your picture helps. The hinged part looks like it allows the parallel grips. That was not easy to see in the picture from the ad. I am going to look into this one.

After this, it will be belt squat vs leverage squat.

Congrats man looks like a solid piece, I prefer lever machine rows over DB rows for building the back.

I've been using the Imgur app for a long time, Photobucket was slightly easier but I'm not paying for picture storage. But I'll admit, I often forget which way the backslash goes on the second

I have tried posting pics here a few times with limited success. The above method works if pictures are stored on my laptop which none are anymore. I gave up. I have not posted pics in years unfortunately.

The imgur app is usually an easy method, if you have pictures stored on the phone and go to the imgur page, you just tap the plus symbol in the middle at the bottom of the phone screen and it will show your library of pictures.

Once you select whichever one(s) you wanna upload to imgur you hit "Next" and once it's done loading, you tap "View" in the upper right hand corner, then once your uploaded picture shows up on the screen, you hit the settings tab in the upper right hand corner where the view button was which is the three vertical dots and then select "Copy Permalink" and paste that link on here for an imgur link to the uploaded pictures of choice.
