Have to accept that. Parents can manage some of it by engaging and parenting. My kids (3 and 6) had their friends over and played outside for hours. The mom of one kid was like "I didn't know he liked playing outside. He's always on his tablet." No btch, you allow that sht and encourage it. Told her to take the fuking thing away. Obv I can’t tell her how to run her household or how to raise her kids. They themselves like the TV loud and they bought three iPads for their kids and don’t limit their screen time or their volume. That’s their choice on how they like to live.

They’re my friends kids so I have to just accept them the way they are and accept their household the way they run it.

Yeah literally everything about them is a burden.

The ONLY thing they give back is love but I just don’t think love is worth everything they take from you.
