There are 4 guys from Mexico working for the same company renting a place from me. They get Sunday off. They work inside those big storage tanks around a refinery doing sandblasting and painting. It gets to 120 degrees in the tank.

They wanted to shoot their handguns today so I invited them out to my range. I wore shorts and a muscle shirt and sweated my back off in the 102 heat index. The 3 guys were wearing jeans and never broke a sweat.

I told my wife this and she said I was the ony wetback.

Every morning I go to work, if I'm not going out somewhere and am staying home, then I usually don't. So, 6/7 days a week, at least.

I don't understand how your post title correlates with the fact that your wife called you a wetback, but I shower everyday I work out, which is 5-6 times per week. On the other 1-2 days, I often grab a shower but not always. I don't usually stink and I work from home the majority of the week.

I've always been every morning kind of guy. My house is old and isn't insulated that great, so this last winter I started taking another hot shower right before bed. I seem to sleep good fresh and hot out of the shower so I'll probably continue to do it. Only downfall is I've had to switch face cleaners since the twice a day thing was drying out my face even with lotion afterwards.

Winter/Spring/Fall - 2x a day - when I wake up in the morning and after my daily gym session in the afternoon.

Summer - 3x a day. Its gets damn hot and humid in Japan and after I walk my dogs in the late afternoon I'll come home drenched and need a third shower.

Honestly, usually just once a day in the morning, but I do try and time my workouts/showers - I'll workout early and then shower after - because otherwise I would stink!

I struggle with showering when I'm depressed. Luckily tough, sweaty workouts make me shower.

I don't do it more than once a day as I understand even once a day makes your skin dry out. My French friend says that she uses wipes for her underarms, private parts and feet and only showers about 3 times a week, with the wipes on the other days. She said that's why French women have beautiful skin. I haven't tried that, though.
