I have agrravated my back recently from doing the bench press. Its a tearing, stinging pain located around the T1 to T2 tertebrae area. Its mild enough, I can do other exercises no prob, will obviously stay away from benching until recovered. I have had this type of injury before, few years back. I have been very careful with my progressions, I recently upped to 72.5 kgs from 70 and it started at that point. My form is good and I do lots of Rotator Cuff strenghtening. It didnt even notice it until 30 hours after workout. Has anyone else had this type of trouble? Im presuming its possibly degeneration of the vertebrae and I need to manage workload though of course I may be mistaked. Much appreciate any feedback
