So, I recently got back to the gym after a 2 year hiatus and have been working out for a few months. I'm 90 kg now, with roughly a 19% BFP according to my machine? Not sure if it's too high or too low. Based on my pictures, what kinda things would everyone recommend. Also, do you think that I have manboobs, or am I slowly developing pecs?
